B.C. electoral officer Craig James uses Arizona shooting in an attempt to discredit FightHST. Pathetic
How disgusting and desperate for the Chief Electoral officer to politicize the position as head of Elections BC. Elections BC is an institution that is and must be independent of partisan politics. Continue reading
EDITORIAL: Political aims to B.C.’s recall campaign
Well Mr. Editor (Fletcher), the people of BC were lied to over the HST and Ida Chong was an accomplice to the lie. She could have stood up against it but didn’t. She did not act in the capacity as an MLA for Oak Bay Gordon Head, she was acting in the capacity as one of Gordon Campbell’s lackeys. Had she surveyed her constituents and listened to them she would have acted to defeat the HST. Continue reading
CAMPBELL GOVERNMENT HIDES SHADOW TOLL ON SEA TO SKY HIGHWAY | BC First Party
An expose by Boundary Sentinel blogger Laila Yuile reveals that the BC Government signed a contract with the S2S Transportation Group – the builder of the newly renovated Sea to Sky Highway – requiring BC to pay a hidden “shadow toll” on that highway for the next 25 years. Continue reading

BC FIRST CALLS FOR PUBLIC INQUIRY INTO BC RAIL SCANDAL AND TRIAL
Port Coquitlam – BC First Spokesman, Chris Delaney, says his party is calling for a full public inquiry into the outrageous “deal” cut between the crown and the defense lawyers in the BC Rail case that saw Dave Basi and Bobby Virk plead guilty to minor charges in exchange for essentially being set free under “house arrest”. BC Conservative Party Losing Momentum – Pro-HST Stance = Poor Turnout at AGM
The media is reporting that the BC Conservative Party AGM on Saturday October 16, 2010 in Vancouver at UBC only had 200 people attend the event. You would have thought there should have been thousands with the BC Liberals collapsing in the polls over the HST fiasco. However, the party must be lamenting that they were only able to bring 60 more people than last year’s Annual General Meeting. Even worse it was held in Vancouver where there is a massive population. What does this say? Continue reading

It’s Time to Elect the Right Party for British Columbia – Is there any choices?
British Columbia is at a crossroads politically. The issue we face is the complete lack of mainstream political parties to choose from. When the BC Liberal government introduced the HST it caused an electoral backlash not seen in decades if not ever. The people of BC clearly did not what the tax and what was apparent that no political party was there to oppose it immediately. The danger we face is voting a government out of office rather than electing a government into office. We made this mistake in 1991 and we can’t repeat the errors of our past again. Continue reading
